These bulletproof creamer bombs are paleo and keto, packed with healthy fats, and flavored with peppermint and mocha. They are the perfect way to add some holiday cheer to your morning bulletproof coffee or latte prep!

Peppermint Mocha Bulletproof Creamer Bombs
- 2 cups almond milk or coconut milk
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons ghee or grass-fed butter
- 2 Tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Silicone ice cube molds or these snowflake ice cube molds!
Individual Coffee or Latte Preparation
- 2 bulletproof creamer bombs
- Optional: 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 8–12 ounces prepared coffee or tea
Instructions
Peppermint Mocha Bulletproof Creamer Bombs
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan and warm over low heat. Stir to combine.
- Blend with a stick blender or carefully pour into a high-speed blender. Blend for a few seconds, until frothy and combined.
- Pour into silicon ice cub molds and allow to cool before transferring to the freezer.
- Freeze overnight until completely frozen and set.
- Remove from molds and store in a freezer bag in the freezer until ready to prep your individual coffee or latte.
Individual Coffee or Latte Preparation
- Take 2 bulletproof creamer bombs out of the freezer and add to a mug of hot coffee or tea
- Gently stir while the bombs melt (this should take a few seconds)
- Optionoal: Add 1 scoop of collagen peptides and stir again
- Froth with a handheld frother, my favorite milk frother (it is non-toxic with no non-stick coating!), or blend in a blender for a few seconds
