This pumpkin spice grain-free granola is the perfect combination of your favorite fall spices along with maple syrup, coconut oil, almonds, pecans and pumpkin seeds. It’s naturally sweetened, and is loaded with healthy fats, omega-3 fatty acids and protein.
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 4 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place your nuts in a food processor and pulse until chopped into small pieces. Place the nuts in a large mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl and combine. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet.
- Roast for 15 minutes, stir and roast for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before storing in a storage container.

- If you don’t have a food processor – spread the nuts onto a cutting board and chop into small pieces with a knife
